HOW TO CAUCUS & BECOME A DELEGATE

Attend your local precinct caucuses

Tuesday, February 1st, 2022 at 7:00PM

Here you will break out into groups based on your voting precincts and elect delegates and alternates to your local Republican Party (BPOU). Most BPOUs will be give you a convention call to fill out that night. The convention call will provide information on when your BPOU Convention will take place.

 

Attend your Republican (BPOU) Convention

Between Feb 12 – Mar 31 your local Republican (BPOU) Convention will take place.

Here you will endorse your local State Representative and Senate candidates for local office, vote on Party Platform resolutions, and vote who will represent the BPOU at the Republican State Convention where Michelle Benson we will be nominated to be the endorsed candidate for governor for the Republican Party. This is roughly a 4 to 6 hour commitment and a small convention fee to pay for the venue.
 

Attend The Republican State Convention

Friday, May 13 through Saturday, May 14, 2022

Here you will endorse the State Party's nominees for Attorney General, Secretary of State, State Auditor, and yes, Michelle Benson as the nominee to take on Tim Walz in November!

This is a full two day commitment with a convention fee set by the State Party and will take place in Rochester, Minnesota.
